Hi! I’m Heidi…

I believe we are each our own healer. I’m here to point you in a direction to find that healing.

There was a time I was weighted in the depths of despair. I saw a tiny thread of Light and followed it out. This Light led to a remembering of me — on a soul level. That truth had become lost along the way with all that I was enmeshed in.

In remembering me, I discovered the redemptive power of embracing the truth. I know myself from a place of essence. Today, I am grateful to offer healing to others on their growth journey.
