We are all born in essence. Who we are is pure and whole. When we land on this Earth School we are equipped with an ego structure that helps us survive. As we age, this ego structure becomes overused and in charge. Through self-development tools one can learn to release the confines of this structure, and recognize and reunite with our purest form of existence.
Who you are is not your personality. You are so much more than that. In fact, this personality structure is holding you captive and it is in your power to set yourself free. That which is causing you grief, anxiety, constriction, and frustration, is the very thing that is holding you back from feeling more joy, ease, and abundance. Through an understanding of what this personality (ego) structure is, you will begin to unravel its hold on you.

I will take you through a series of questions that are type specific, furthering the dialogue of exploration which can help you land on your number. The Typing Interview will help you unlock your inner world and open you up to new ways of understanding.

Coaching Sessions are for those who have landed on their number and are interested in self-development.
Within these sessions, I will help you identify your specific challenges and unconscious behaviors, learn effective practices and tools specific to your type, and intuitively guide you toward better ways of handling what you’re up against.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a healing tool that can be instrumental in clearing your cavity and cultivating an expansiveness that is aligned with your higher consciousness. By actively inviting the breath into your body, you are expanding rather than holding and resisting. This practice allows for you to release and give yourself life and Light - manifesting a fuller sense of self; the large expansive tree of life that you are.

If you would like to deepen your Enneagram growth journey with a somatic practice, this is the offering for you. You will learn how your type structure holds energy and how/why this presents challenges. Through the active meditation of breathwork you will learn to release restrictions and confront challenges through the breath.

Channeled Readings
My gift of channeling opened up to me in 2007. It led and guided me through the darkest time of my life. After many years of only channeling for myself, I received a message that said,
“You are a conduit, here to deliver Light sourced messages. This is given to you for others to hear and feel comforted. This channel is alive and inspired, living through you. It is a way for others to gain hope, clarity, connection and solace. It is through you that they may hear what it is they are seeking. Many do not know what they are seeking until they hear; for it is in the messages that their soul will recognize the beauty of its voice, resonating with familiarity that you are not capable of manufacturing. Only the Spirits of Light can connect with one’s truth and Light.”

Before our appointment I set up a sacred space, call intention, state an opening prayer (I use the Pathway Prayer) and ask the question you provided at the time you booked your reading.
Here, I transcribe the channeled message that is opening up for you. This portion takes about 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Next, I will meet you on Zoom and I will share with you your written channeled message. We have the remainder of your session to unpack your message. There will be time to ask questions and get deeper.
I never know what messages will show up for one personally. But know it’s a collective all working together for your higher purpose/your soul’s journey.
I am only here to amplify what you cannot hear. Spirit is but a whisper and it is up to each of us to know our own inner voice. I am able to hear the whispers of your higher consciousness and deliver to you the messages you cannot hear.
Within a session your spirit guides, angelic realms, and higher self are brought forth and spoken through me, all for you to live synonymously with your soul’s purpose. All messages are for your higher good and meet you where you are at now because the Universe manifests through the present moment. All messages are in the Light and carry meaning and hope.

You may want to take notes during your session because when I’m channeling it's not a cognitive expression, so it's hard for me to repeat what was just said.
I will tell you everything I hear, sometimes the messages are poetic prose, which I can interpret for you, other times they may give you affirmations, other times it's straight up spirit whoop-ass, but all lovingly conveyed with your truth in the Light. All the messages are for you to ascend into a higher vibration, one synonymous with your truth.
I feel like those who come to me are led- they are ready for more but do not quite know how to get there. I’m grateful to offer an insight to one's own spirit.
