In the act of doing, you are missing out on being
In your act of doing, you are missing out on being.
To truly encapsulate your truth, allow yourself to simmer in the discomfort that only comes from your spirit trying to reach you- calling you out of that which you busy yourself with and asking you to reflect on the stillness within you.
That cannot be felt within the act of doing.
Allow your being to just be.
Allow your discomfort to serve as a great teacher, presenting itself to be explored not ignored. Invite this discomfort in with the trust that it is here for a reason, it serves you. Do not see this as a trap, simmer in the uncomfortable and allow that which is holding you to be released.
In its release there is resolve. Hold gratitude for that which you learned. (What did it teach you?)
And notice how can you move beyond the discomfort rather than shutting off its life force. Allow it to move through you with curiosity.
This will elevate you to the greater part of your truth. In its release, a fuller part of your essence is invited to step up.
